What about folks with HIV? Are they at more risk from COVID-19?

Here is the consensus from HIV experts: If you have HIV, are on meds, and your viral load is suppressed and your CD4 count is good: You are not immune suppressed, and you are at no greater risk of serious disease from this coronavirus than anyone else your age.
